The subject of the contract is the award and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of

6.129.278zł., in accordance with the resolution of the District Council in Prudnik No. LV/446/2022 of April 28, 2022.

2. Basic data about the loan:

(a) Type of transaction: granting and servicing of a long-term loan;

b) Amount and currency of the loan: PLN 6,129,278, activated according to the borrower's instructions in the period from the date of signing the contract to 30.12.2022.

In order to calculate the value of the contract, for the purpose of comparing tenders, it accepts

the following dates for mobilisation of the loan are as follows:

1) August 31 PLN 1,500,000;

2) September 30 1.500.000zl.;

3) October 31 PLN 1,500,000;

4) November 30 1.629.278zł.;

The actual start-up date of the loan may change.
