The purpose of the tender is an agreement with a moving company. In connection with a façade renovation of Plus Bolig dept. 30, Tove Ditlevsens Vej, Aalborg, the tenants will be rehoused for a period of approx. 6 months.

The department consists of 198 homes. Current residents must be rehoused. For most of the residents, the rehousing will take place internally in the department with a short moving distance. Moves can be made out of the department.

The construction period extends over approx. 2.5 years. The project is divided into 6 phases with approx. 33 homes in each phase. The relocation of 1st and 2nd Divisions is a major concern. Stage is initiated,. A total of about 300 removals are to be expected. As a rule, the individual tenants must be responsible for packing contents in the apartments. There will be physically / mentally weak residents who need assistance with packing and unpacking contents.

The furniture that is not to be moved into the rehousing home must be stored by the removal company during the period of the rehousing.
