Provision of IT software system (including support and maintenance) for North Norfolk District Council's Environmental Health Service. The system should effectively handle service requests and programmed inspections for all area of the service including but not limited to food safety, licensing, private sector housing, environmental protection, trade waste and refuse, grounds maintenance, contaminated land and private water supplies.
North Norfolk District Council is seeking to invite tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of the software, services and interfaces for an Environmental Health IT system.
Key objectives:
— To provide a system capable of managing the following functions:
— Food safety inspections;
— Private water sampling;
— Notice and prosecution cases;
— Health and Safety inspections;
— Licensing (taxis, premises and clubs, gambling, animal welfare, lotteries, street and house to house collections etc.);
— Complaints/service requests;
— Commercial waste contracts;
— Contaminated Land;
— Private sector housing, including grants;
— Anti-Social behaviour;
— To enhance functionality in line with modern systems, standards and the Council Business Transformation programme;
— Ability to be accessed remotely and also mobile working solutions.
