Following on from the Prior Information Notice (''PIN'') (TED Reference 2017/S 074-141031), the National Treasury Management Agency, describing itself as the National Development Finance Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, and Local Government (“DHPLG”) (as Sanctioning Authority) and Dublin City Council (‘’DCC’’) (as Sponsoring Agency), has awarded a contract for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of 6 social housing sites located in Louth, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. It was procured under a single PPP contract using the competitive dialogue procedure. The contract was awarded to Comhar Housing Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland, on 19.3.2019.
