Task I. The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services consisting in the preparation and delivery of meals (lunches) with salad and compote and fruit for school children and youth in the school year 2023/2024, including pupils, meals fed by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Wałbrzych, along with salad, compote and fruit.

Task II. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in preparing and serving meals on the spot or, if the customer wishes, takeaway for adults who are charges of MOPS in Wałbrzych consisting of one hot meal with compote (drink). A detailed description of the order is described in the order documentation

Provision of catering services consisting in the preparation and delivery of meals (lunches) with salad and compote and fruit for school children and youth in the school year 2023/2024, including students fed by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Wałbrzych. The following entities are covered by this Agreement:

1) Public Primary School No. 22 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 4, 75 11 Listopada Street, expected number of children fed – 46, including 14 children fed by MOPS,

2) Public Primary School No. 15, 1 Hirszfelda Street, expected number of fed children – 60, including 2 children fed by MOPS,

3) Public Primary School No. 2, 13 Wańkowicza Street, expected number of fed children – 52, including 9 children fed by MOPS,

4) Public Primary School No. 21 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 6, 71 Grodzka Street, expected number of children fed – 100, including 27 children fed by MOPS,

5) Public Primary School No. 23, 3 Struga Street, expected number of fed children – 48, including 11 children fed by MOPS,

6) Public Primary School No. 28, Al. Wyzwolenia 43, expected number of fed children – 43, including 4 children fed by MOPS,

7) Public Primary School No. 30 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 3, Chałubińskiego 13, expected number of children – 40, including 10 children fed by MOPS,

8) Public Primary School No. 37 with Sports Departments in the School and Preschool Complex No. 7, 39 Dunikowskiego Street, 2 Główna Street, expected number of children fed – 75, including 23 children fed by MOPS,

9) Public Primary School No. 5 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 8, 8 Poznańska Street, expected number of children fed – 62, including 20 children fed by MOPS,

10) Public Primary School No. 6, 50 Andersa Street, the expected number of children fed – 33, including 3 children fed by MOPS,

11) Public Primary School No. 9 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 2, 7 Królewiecka Street, expected number of children fed – 19, including 3 children fed by MOPS,

12) Public Primary School with Integration Classes No. 26 in Wałbrzych, 48 Palisadowa Street, expected number of children fed – 76, including 3 children fed by MOPS,

13) Public Special Primary School No. 10, 5a Ogrodowa Street, expected number of children fed – 21, including 11 children fed by MOPS,

14) Public Primary School No. 1 in the School and Preschool Complex No. 5, 12 Limanowskiego Street, the expected number of children fed – 42, including 10 children fed by MOPS;

Total number of supervised pupils: 717, including 150 pupils fed by MOPS (of which 40 are children from Ukraine).

It is estimated that 130494 meals will be prepared and delivered to school facilities. For comparison of the submitted offers, the Contracting Authority assumes that the service will be provided for 182 days for 717 students who will benefit from meals.

The estimated number of meals is indicative and may differ from the actual number of meals delivered during the term of the contract.

District 1: covering the Śródmieście districts (it is required that the lunch point is located in the Śródmieście district with the postal code 58-300). The number of fed people is about 100 daily. It is estimated that approx. 25200 meals will be served during the term of the contract,

District 2: Social Support Centre – 2a Ogrodowa Street – the number of people fed is 50 per day. It is estimated that approx. 12600 meals will be served during the term of the contract.

The estimated total number of people benefiting from the aid granted is about 150 people per day. It is estimated that approx. 37800 meals will be served during the term of the contract. Meals must be served between 12.00 and 14.00 from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
