The subject of the contract is acting as the managing operator of the Educational Entrepreneurship Incubator — comprehensive management of the EIP.

1) The subject of the order constitutes the performance of the function of the Managing Operator of the Educational Enterprise Incubator. The function of an EIP operator shall, in particular, cover the following areas:

(a) the management of the property;

(b) carrying out information-promotional activities relating to the operation of the Incubator and the project under which the EIP was established;

(c) carrying out activities aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and professional and social activation.
