The entity to be put out to tender includes maintenance services related to Fingrid's M-Files system, small-scale development and the acquisition of access licences.

The acquisition includes the M-Files system used by Fingrid Oyj and Fingrid Datahub Oy, including licenses (Team level) and additional modules in use (Advanced Content Control Module and External Connector). In addition, the procurement includes user support and consulting work required for maintenance and small-scale development.

Fingrid Oyj has approximately 500 named users and 180 shared use licences. Fingrid Datahub Oy has approximately 20 named users and 10 shared use licences.
