1. The subject of the contract is the Service of Maintenance, Maintenance and Service Desk as well as Modification of the e-KSSiP Training Platform.

2. The description of the subject matter of the contract, including the right of option, is specified in detail in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use and Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract (in the model contract), which constitute Annex 3 to the SWZ.
