to design and supervise the works for the first phase of the coastal management strategy for the 1600m of defences that protect from erosion the town of Cromer, Norfolk. The first phase of the programme of works will be undertaken over two or three years and includes refurbishment of the sea walls and groynes. The estimated cost of implementing the first phase of the strategy is £6.5 million.
