The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28.09.1991 on Forests (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, late. “Forests Act”) covering work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and spinning timber, nursery and semination and tourist development to be carried out in the area of the Nowogard Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, nursery and semination and tourism development resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ: size of work by group of activities, operations and locations; timber collection sortyment system; statement of distances and conditions for breaking wood; statement of items not made available for machine sourcing; information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The subject of the order is forest management services including work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, nursery and semination and tourist development to be carried out in the area of the Nowogard Forest District in 2022. Pursuant to Article 95, the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner specified in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
