The ITT is seeking offers in respect of capacity services to Cote d’Ivoire and Togo. The Abidjan link will ultimately connect to the Universite Houphouet Boigny), from the MainOne CLS in Ghana or Nigeria. The Togo link to connect Lome to WACREN that we are seeking will connect from the MainOne CLS in Ghana or Nigeria to the WACS CLS in Lome.
