The purpose of this contract is the performance of cleaning and maintenance services for the cleanliness of the premises of the University of Strasbourg. The missions that the holder must ensure consist, by respecting the minimum cleaning frequencies determined for each building, to provide a quality of service aimed over time at maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the buildings, and to ensure the installation of sanitary consumables provided by the university

The purpose of this contract is the performance of cleaning and maintenance services for the cleanliness of the premises of the University of Strasbourg (Unistra). The services, subject of this composite contract, are subdivided as follows:- part of the contract will take the form of an ordinary contract at a global and fixed price: for recurring and regular cleaning services.- Part of the contract will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices): for additional cleaning services (including the cleaning of glass surfaces), which are of a random nature linked in particular to the occupation of the premises, to specific operations or to specific requests
