The subject of the order includes:
1) delivery of 2 pieces of brand new city buses, low-floor, with electric drive with
total length, ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.20 meters, hereinafter referred to as EV12 buses
or buses,
2) delivery, assembly, connection and first commissioning (and, if necessary, design
and obtaining all permits) of one brand new, mobile wired charger,
two-station power greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), providing the possibility of charging one
EV12 bus with a power of 80 kW or two buses simultaneously with a power of 40 kW each, hereinafter referred to as the charger
Plug-in or wired charger
3) design and execution of construction works in accordance with Article 103(2) and (3) of the PPL, the purpose of which is
creation of modern charging infrastructure for road public transport, for the needs of charging
electric buses, i.e.:
a) designing the foundation and connection, obtaining a building permit and exercising supervision
author's work on construction works related to the construction of the necessary infrastructure for the needs of
delivery and assembly of 2 brand new pantograph chargers (electrical and road industry), each
with a rated power equal to 250 kW, hereinafter referred to as 'pantograph chargers',
b) delivery, assembly, connection and first commissioning of 2 pieces of brand new chargers
pantografowych,
4) development and implementation of a management system for plug-in and pantograph chargers, hereinafter referred to as
Loader Operation Monitoring System (hereinafter referred to as "SMPŁ"),
5) training, warranty and post-warranty service: EV12 buses, plug-in chargers, chargers
pantografowych i SMPŁ.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be specified in particular by:
1) Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ – Draft Provisions of the Agreement, including Appendix No. 1 to the Drafted
contractual provisions (WARRANTY SERVICE CONDITIONS),
2) Annex 8 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – DETAILED REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSES
for EV12 buses,
3) Annex 9 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – DETAILED REQUIREMENTS for the charger
przewodowej Plug-in,
4) Annex 10 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Formal requirements for design
foundation and connection, obtaining a building permit and for exercising author's supervision over
construction works for the construction of the necessary infrastructure for delivery and assembly 2
units of brand new pantograph chargers and other technical documentation requirements,
5) Annex 11 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – DETAILED REQUIREMENTS for chargers
pantographs for delivery, assembly, connection and first commissioning of 2 brand new units
pantograph chargers,
6) Annex 12 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Requirements for the Work Monitoring System
chargers (SMPŁ),
7) Annex 13 to the SWZ – Functional and Utility Program (for the purchase of 2 electric buses
zero-emission with the necessary vehicle charging infrastructure to ensure the service of the area
downtown in Kędzierzyn-Koźle – stage II),
8) Annex 14 to the SWZ – List and route of public transport lines
and transport work to which the purchased EV12 buses will be principally directed,
9) Annex 15 to the SWZ – Detailed description of EV12 buses offered by the Contractor,
10) Annex 16 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the Plug-in charger offered by the Contractor,
11) Annex 17 to the SWZ – Detailed description of pantograph chargers offered by the Contractor,
12) Annex 18 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the Work Monitoring System offered by the Contractor
