Gausdal, Lillehammer, Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron, Ringebu and Øyer municipalities as well as Oppland County have established a joint purchasing cooperation — INNOFF. The cooperation implies that several tender contests are implemented jointly.

All of the above are participating in this competition.

The competition is being held by Lillehammer municipality on behalf of the contracting authorities.

We invite tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of

— Part I A. Medicines and multi-dose packed medicines and Part I B. Pharmaceutical advice for the municipalities.

— Part II e-learning programme for handling medicines for the municipalities (option for Sør-Fron municipality).

The contracting authorities are not 1 legal unit and will enter into separate contracts.

The contract for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities will be signed by Lillehammer municipality. The contract for the remaining 3 municipalities and Oppland county will be signed by each individual entity.

Framework agreement for medicines and multi-dose packed medicines for nursing homes and institutions, for patients under district nursing and products for the dental clinics in accordance with the attached specifications.

Framework agreement for pharmaceutical advice for the municipalities' units in accordance with the attached specifications.

Framework agreement for an e-learning programme for the municipalities' units in accordance with the attached specifications. Sør-Fron shall have an option to join the contract for e-learning.

Municipal doctor surgeries and other entities shall also be able to use the contracts.
