The residential company Viborg offers the main entrance price in connection with the renovation of Digterparken afd. 7 consisting of floor construction of 4 paragraph 3 level blocks with a total of 132 dwellings.

Work includes casting foundations, revamping new formwatch, and replacing all windows and doors. Smaller batches are performed with light cladding.

In roof spaces, ventilation systems are carried out serving all apartments.

3 rises are redeveloped with new lift and 18 apartments are being converted into accessibility homes with new kitchens and bath. In accessibility housing, then called completely renovated homes, residents will be rehoused. In all other dwellings, hereinafter called lightly renovated housing, residents will not be rehoused and the contractor must take maximum account of this.
