Accent Housing Ltd is seeking contractors with a proven track record to deliver Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the East, South, and Yorkshire regions, divided into three separate Lots, each with a 36-month initial contract period and the option to extend, with sub-contracting limited to Sole Traders approved by Accent.
Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in East, South and Yorkshire Regions. Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor or contractors to deliver Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the East, South and Yorkshire Regions of its portfolio.The opportunity will be procured as three seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions:• Lot 1 East• Lot 2 South• Lot 3 YorkshireThe successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works.
