To enable the digital transition that is at the heart of the EDF Group's CAP 2030 project and which will structure the company's evolution for the next 10 years, EDF must rely on an Information System with adapted functionalities, reliable and responsive.
To enable this, hundreds of IS projects of all sizes are undertaken by the group's various IS entities. To carry out each of them, EDF wishes to rely on Digital Service Companies (DSCs), privileged IS&T partners.
To this end, EDF is launching a consultation aimed at creating a market composed of two types of activities:
- Support activities for project management in the IT field (AMOE).
- Strategic and Methodological Management Support Activities for the IT field (APSM).
Lot 1 - AMOEThe activities of the project management project provide the project with technical and functional complements and operational management throughout its implementation. They support the Company's project managers at the project implementation stage in the phases of: design, development, integration/qualification and maintenance in operational conditions.
The AMOE activities are broken down as follows:
Operational management support
Technical support
Functional support
Lot 2 - APSMAPSM's activities allow the complete support of a project, from its strategic phase to its REX phase. They provide support to the company's management and its project managers: decision-making assistance, securing high-stakes projects, support for the implementation of standards, recommendations and industrialization methods.
The APSM activities are broken down as follows:
Strategic and cross-functional steering support
Support for the management of the COMPANY
Support to the COMPANY's project managers
Management of the methods and tools repository
Lot 3 - Sites diffusA lot dedicated to the needs of local project management and APSM services on nuclear production sites.
