Open procedure for the awarding of the communication campaign of the VII General Census of Agriculture 2020

In 2020 Istat realizes the 7 or General agricultural census, the last one every ten years, in which all farms, above a certain size, present in ITALY are called to participate - about 1.5 million units run by individuals (individuals and families ) and legal persons (mainly companies and public institutions) - with the aim of providing a statistical information framework on the structure of the agricultural and livestock system at national, regional and local level.

Conception, design and implementation of an articulated and highly integrated organic communication campaign, which highlights the role of Istat as a producer of punctual information and analysis, useful to the community and the productive structure of the country, and as a modern, agile research body and innovator, providing, as described in more detail in this specification, to:

- to conceive, design and implement the logo brand, the claims and the pay off dedicated to the 2020 General Census of Agriculture;

- to conceive and create a coordinated image and communication products,

- design and implement a program of public relations activities, partnerships and events with all parties involved in various capacities in the surveys,

- present an event plan aimed at promoting and supporting the census in all its phases,

- design and build a communication website, and several web applications, dedicated to detection,

- design and implement a social strategy that also includes the management of existing channels and the possible activation and management of dedicated profiles, on the main social channels,

- present a dedicated, traditional and 3.0 media relations and press office strategy, the management of which will be agreed in concert with the Istat press office,

- design and implement an ADV campaign including: vehicle plan, purchase of advertising space,

- conceive, produce and supply (to Istat and to the other actors involved in the survey) all the communication materials and tools indicated in this specification in point 3.1 and those proposed in the project presented by the company which must, in more detail: specify the quantities, the technical characteristics and formats of each proposed product; provide for the storage, delivery and distribution of what has been carried out according to the methods identified, at Istat and the other actors involved in the survey,

- design and produce a crisis management plan,

- design and produce monitoring and reporting tools,

- organize, administer, assist and do whatever is necessary and functional to carry out the entire campaign, even if not explicitly stated.
