EFI step: Observation of the current state, then study, manufacture, control, delivery of two balanced half-couplings, their accessories and dismantling and assembly tools. EFII step: Disassembly of the current junctions, taking of real dimensions of the interfaces, final machining of the interfaces, assembly and testing of the two new half-couplings. Verification of proper functioning, including regular service over three months. The half-couplings are located between turbine and S2MA compressor. The power of the equipment is 63MW, the maximum effort (without margin) of 68,000 mdaN, the maximum speed of 1100 rpm. The facility is located at the Onera center in Modane, 73.
