The Service Provider will ensure, by means of the supervision system, the supervision and remote control of the Photovoltaic Power Plant.

This contract includes the services listed below:
The Service Provider will ensure, by means of the supervision system, the supervision and remote control of the Photovoltaic Power Plant.
The Service Provider will ensure the operation of the Photovoltaic Power Plant (i) either remotely, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 7 days a week, (ii) or by intervening directly on the Site in the event of defects occurring on the delivery station, on an inverter, or on any other equipment, which cannot be resolved remotely, as well as the remote control of the equipment allowing the safety of the Photovoltaic Power Plant or for the decoupling of the Photovoltaic power plant at the request of the network operator, the Customer;
The Service Provider monitors and processes alarms 24/7 for the intruder detection and video surveillance system.
