Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is procuring a Strategic Energy Advisory Framework Agreement which will provide an energy advisory and measurement & verification (M&V) service for public sector bodies wishing to implement an energy efficiency and local energy generation measures to their buildings or estate. The Framework Agreement will be open to those public sector bodies described in Section IV.3. No public sector body is committed to place an order under the Framework Agreement.

The single lot Framework Agreement will have a number of suppliers who will, upon being called-off to provide a broad range of services including, but not limited to upfront opportunity assessments and key stakeholder engagement; the project management, engineering oversight and measurement and verification support during the Investment Grade Audit; and then the ongoing measurement and verification support during the implement, operation and maintenance agreement.
