Helicopter Rescue Hoist Maintenance Services. The hoists are used on Airbus Helicopters H215 (AS332L1) and Bell/Agusta-Bell 412EP. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) is Breeze-Eastern Corporation who's applicable equipment partnumbers are BL-20200-90, BL-20200-502 and BL-29900-59.
The object of the procurement is overhauls of six (6) rescue hoist and unforeseen maintenance services during the contract period.
The procured services for hoist systems including all related sub-components, like controllers, consist of:
• Periodic servicing, inspections and overhaul at the workshop
• Application of Airworthiness Directives, modifications and OEM Service Bulletins
• Unscheduled repairs
• Technical assistance
• Life Cycle and Obsolescence Management
In addition:
• Optional Loan Services for the pre-defined types of hoists as required by FBG
• Optional Sales of hoist systems or related sub-components should the maintained hoist system prove to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
The procurement include only the services for removable assemblies, subassemblies and parts of the rescue hoist system and excludes the assemblies, subassemblies and parts of the basic helicopter airframe and systems.
