1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the Municipality of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Gorlice in 2024 and organizing a Stationary Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Gorlice and ensuring the provision of waste collection services and their management from the date of commencement of the contract. Services in the field of collection and acceptance of municipal waste and their management will be provided to owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the Gorlice commune - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice Commune Council on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners from the Gorlice commune and management of this waste
1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste collected in bags, containers or containers in areas with single-family housing and in workplaces, commercial outlets and service points, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as on streets, squares and cemeteries;
2) collection of the following types of waste collected selectively:
(a) waste paper including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste
(b) waste glass, including glass packaging waste
(c) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste collected together (in containers and bags intended for the collection of plastics),
(d) bio-waste constituting municipal waste
3) reception of selectively collected municipal waste listed below:
a. construction and demolition waste
b. used tyres
c. bulky waste
d. waste electrical and electronic equipment, regardless of its condition and completeness
e. hazardous waste generated in households (i.e. chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators, and others)
f. expired medications
4) management of municipal waste collected from the property and accepted in PSZOK
2. The estimated amount of tons of municipal waste collected and accepted in PSZOK during the contract implementation period in the Municipality will amount to approx. 3 080.83 Mg (including 1 750.00 Mg of waste with the code 20 03 01; 740.00 Mg of paper and cardboard waste, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, 220.00 Mg of biowaste; 300.00 Mg of bulky waste; and 70.83 Mg of other waste).
3. Waste shall be collected:
a) from residents of approx. 5 088 single-family buildings,
b) from approx. 197 commercial outlets together with companies and institutions,
c) from approx. 80 pieces of street baskets,
d) from approx. 10 containers with a capacity of 10 m3 owned by the Ordering Party intended for the collection of waste with code 20 03 01 and from about 18 pcs. containers with a capacity of 7 m3 intended for the collection of separately collected paper waste including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste including glass packaging waste, metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste.
The collection will cover the entire municipality and all municipal waste producers.
