The framework agreement will cover Oslo Municipality's need for painting services and other services that naturally come under this service category, including floor laying and wallpapering. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 20 000 000 a year and will be valid for 2 years, plus an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year. The municipality will be divided into four zones. Up to four parallel framework agreements will be signed, provided that there are a sufficient number of tenderers and tenderers. The contract will apply to assignments up to NOK 500 000 excluding VAT. For assignments over this sum, it is voluntary to use the contract. The contract will not be used for assignments that are connected to building and construction work (contract assignments).
