Fixed duty arrangement in the Collective House Monday to Sunday incl. guard phone, guard rounds, etc. The collective house is an 11-storey property built in 1957. The department is centrally located at Ryparken S-station. The house contains 205 homes and 3 commercial goals as well as 2 residents' rooms in the living room and parterre. The homes on the 1st-9th floor are suitable for disabled people. On the 10th-11th floor, co-housing communities have been established. All homes have a balcony and access via a total of 7 elevators and fire stairs. In the basement there is a laundry room, underground parking for cars and bicycles and the residents' storage room. In front of the basement there is a container yard with waste sorting. The house has a total of 4 entrances, all of which require a chip key, while several doors can be opened from the inside and left open. The house is equipped with several surveillance cameras.
