The listed former roundhouse located in the Osnabrück city area in the immediate vicinity of Osnabrück Central Station and the Hase will be converted into the CIC Coppenrath Innovation Centre and renovated. Construction phases 1-3 have already been awarded and are currently being constructed. The subject of the current award procedure is the 4th construction phase. The client is a joint company of the City of Osnabrück and the Aloys and Brigitte Coppenrath Foundation and acts as the client for the 4th construction phase of the project. The project will be implemented with subsidies.

Administrative building with integrated meeting place revitalized. Essentially, the building consists of three ground-level structures which are arranged as large-scale halls in a circle segment (central building and two ring buildings). In the course of the planned conversion, the central building will have a partial basement and will accommodate the central building services. In the hall-like central building, rooms are set at ground level, a two-storey foyer and a meeting room are arranged on the upper floor, so that the central building becomes two-storey. In the ring buildings, two-storey room modules are set in a free play in the higher part of the hall at ground level. The lower part of the hall occasionally receives single-storey room modules and essentially retains its hall-like character. The room modules are designed as an elemental wooden construction. The building is divided into seven fire compartments.

The subject of the tendered construction work is the work for the HSK installation work (heating/sanitary/cooling) of the 4th construction phase of the CIC Coppenrath Innovation Centre (CIC).
