The subject of the contract is the modernization of the nozzle bottom in the combustion chamber of the OFz450B boiler at the Żerań CHP Plant in Warsaw in the "turnkey" formula by the Contractor for the benefit of the Ordering Party. The subject matter of the Agreement includes in particular: disassembly of caps, adapters and nozzle bottom fins, development, delivery and installation of new adapter caps and nozzle bottom fins and construction of a new nozzle bottom lining.

The "turnkey" formula means comprehensive performance by the Contractor of all Works in all industries in order to perform the Agreement and ensure the operation of the Facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including in particular: performance of preparatory works (i.e. fencing of the workplace, inventory, disassembly and assembly, as well as execution of temporary and other installations), performance of necessary design works and technical documentation in all industries, obtaining and handing over the necessary permits and administrative decisions to the Contracting Authority, carrying out complete facility works (disassembly, assembly, construction works), providing all materials, apparatus and equipment necessary for the performance of the Contract, making the necessary spacers and demolitions, performing all transport works, utilization of waste generated as a result of modernization, commissioning and adjustment of the Facility and execution of all necessary works accompanying (e.g. diagnostics, quality control) and finishing, including those lying at the junction of the Facility's connections with other facilities and installations, both those included and not included in the tender materials and the submitted offer – ensuring the completeness and readiness of the Facility for operation.
