The National Building Authority is holding an open tender competition for a Framework Agreement with one tenderer who must cover our need for consultancy services for maintenance, development and advice on our editorial websites.

The tenderer will assist with maintenance of Episerver, as well as the development of dibk.no in line with the target groups' needs.

The National Building Authority is holding an open tender competition for a Framework Agreement with one tenderer who must cover our need for consultancy services for maintenance, development and advice on our editorial websites. The contract does not include operation.

The tenderer can use sub-suppliers(s) to solve the assignment.

The procurement is for a contract for services for the maintenance and development of the website dibk.no

The first call-off on the contract will be a version upgrade of Episerver to a new framework.

The tenderer must assist with the maintenance and development of Episerver, as well as the development of dibk.no in line with the target groups´ needs. The existing contract for maintenance and development expires in April 2018.

This assignment will be regulated through the government's standard contract for consultancy services (SSA-B) and annexes.

The Framework Agreement also includes a separate contract for service quality. This assignment will be regulated through the assignment contract (SSA-O) and annexes.
