This is a framework agreement with purchase orders. The duration of the framework agreement shall be fixed from 6 January 2024 or from the date of its notification, whichever is later, until 31 December 2027. The time limit for the performance of the services is indicated in the special technical clauses. The Buyer may issue purchase orders for the duration of the framework agreement set out above.
