A. Ensuring continuity of service.

B. Keeping the basic security level in order.

C. A good cooperation between the PAC and object security and the surveillance services of a third party.

D. Insight into the services provided by means of proposed KPIs and submitted quarterly reports.

Lot 1

1) Implementation of the new services including transition (transfer of the services of the current parties).

2) Migrating all current alarm connections/notifications from the locations to a new monitoring room (PAC). On the main lines, these activities consist of setting up the burglary notification centers for reporting to the new control room and changing the SIM cards for the GPRS backup notification. Within the assignment, the planning, project guidance and coordination between the parties involved of Dunea and the contractor of plot 2 PAC services are included.

3) Preventive and corrective maintenance hardware security installations (access control, burglary, intercom, cameras, key cabinets).

4) The preventive and corrective maintenance of all electronically signaled and/or controlled locks.

5) The software maintenance of the Security Management System (SMS) incl. all security (management) systems including license management, checks, updates, upgrades, patches, etc.

6) The preventive and corrective maintenance of the hardware including the software maintenance of the test and acceptance system/environment of Dunea.

7) Providing a service and helpdesk as well as a portal.

8) Providing a malfunction service with associated response and restoration times.

9) Purchasing and managing spare parts.

10) Managing documentation and technical records.

11) Carrying out (future) extensions, replacements or modifications of security installations and/or software at the request of Dunea.
