The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:
• removing vehicles from roads located in the m.st of Warsaw pursuant to Articles 50a and 130a of the Prd;
• removing or directing vehicles to a guarded parking lot in the event of a breach of obligations or conditions of carriage by road in the cases specified in Article 95 UTD;
• storing the above-mentioned vehicles in guarded car parks (including vehicles removed under other agreements);
• handing over, at the request of the Ordering Party, for dismantling vehicles removed in the above-mentioned modes and taken over the property of the m.st of Warsaw (storage of vehicles will last until the vehicles are collected by authorized persons or until the Ordering Party issues an order as to how to deal with these vehicles).
