Annex No 3.2. — sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; Annex No 3.3. — statement of timber breakage distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4. — summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Annex No 3.5 — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The in-kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 50 of the Regional Director of State Forests in Kraków of 13 October 2021 amending Decision No 47 of the Regional Director of State Forests in Kraków of 12 October 2021. on updating the Regional Description of the Forest Work Performance Technology Standard. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

The item of the order was divided into 4 parts (“Packages”). The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for the Package must cover the entire scope of the work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Krościenko Forest District. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of Forestry Ochotnica (“Package Implementation Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement as indicated in Annexes 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of the individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3 (1), with the provision that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The provisions of paragraphs 3.1 (7) - 9 of the SWZ shall not overrule the powers of the Contracting Authority under the model public procurement agreement (Annex 12 to SWZ). Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not mean complete abandonment of part of the work These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including locations in the Package Realization Area not pre-indicated in SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Areas.
