6. In case of temporary absence of a medicine/medical device, its last should be reported

7. The duration of the contract specified for 24 months may be extended by
the Ordering Party in the event that the Ordering Party has not used the quantity of the assortment

8. The Order may be executed as part of a selected Package, several Packages or for

9. The products offered must have the required certificates of approval for use in
public health service.
10. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting variant bids.
11. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform the works related to
with the subject of the contract.
