Non-cash purchase of fuel EN 590 and non-inflammatory products in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the purposes of the Ordering Party

The subject of the contract is the non-cash purchase of fuel EN 590 and non-inflammatory products in the territory of the Republic of Poland

for the Purchant's needs.

Non-cash purchase of diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline 95 and post-inflammatory products

1. The subject of the order in Part I is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Authority of diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline 95 and non-inflammatory products

in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

2. Under the subject of the contract in this part, the Ordering Party will continue to proceed in the period of the contract successively and as appropriate, on the basis of the fuel cards issued by the Contractor, purchase:

1) Diesel fuel for cars of the Ordering Party with diesel engine in an estimated amount of 10,000 liters per month for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.

2) unleaded petrol 95 to the Ordering Party's cars in an estimated amount of 1,000 liters per month for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.

3) Extra-fuel products for automobiles of the Ordering Party such as: engine oils, consumable fluids and glass fluid.

Cashless purchase of diesel supply to diesel cars for two microstations

1. The subject of the order in Part II of the order is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Authority of diesel fuel supply to diesel cars to two fuel microstations located:

1) at the office of the Ordering Authority in Piaseczno at 6 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 1);

2) on the territory of the property located in Piaseczno at 4 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 2).

2. The tank of each microstation has a capacity of 5,000 liters.

3. With both microstations only the vehicles of the Contracting Authority for the collection and transport of municipal waste are refueled.

4. The use of both microstations is subject to strict records by the Ordering Party using the station terminal providing identification of employees.

5. The requisition of the Ordering Party includes an average of 2 deliveries per month to each of the microstations under Part II. However, the Contractor must have the capacity to provide a higher frequency supply in accordance with the current operational needs of the Contracting Authority.
