The procurement and the contract to be drawn up are subject to natural water sampling and laboratory services on behalf of the ELY Centres. Natural water sampling includes water sampling of surface waters and groundwater and water biological sampling of surface waters. In addition, the service includes water chemical laboratory analyses of natural water samples (excluding analyses of heavy metals and noxious substances).
The contract period is 3 years and the goal is that the contract period could start on 1 January 2023. The contract period ends on 31 December 2025. The Customer reserves the right to extend the contract period for one or two years from the end of the actual contract period.
For the purpose of purchasing services, the country is divided into seven procurement areas. For each procurement area, one service provider is selected by its own procurement decision, with which each ELY Centre in the procurement area in question concludes its own contract.
