1. The subject of the Order is to obtain a decision on environmental conditions ("DŚU"), prepare design documentation and obtain a building permit for water supply installations and sewage treatment and disposal ("Water and Sewage Infrastructure" or "Investment") for the purpose of preparing the construction site at the stage of preparatory works and for the construction of the facilities of the first Nuclear Power Plant in Poland ("EJ"), located in the municipality Choczewo, Wejherowo County ("Location Lubiatowo-Kopalino") in Pomeranian Voivodeship.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix A to the Draft provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ
