Eigersund, Hjelmeland, Lund and Sokndal municipalities (henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority) want to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of books and media to primary and secondary schools in the municipalities.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into framework agreements for the delivery of books and media to primary and secondary schools in the municipalities, in accordance with the requirements given in the tender documentation.

The agreements are valid from 1.5.2018 until 30.4.2020. Option for the contracting authority to extend the agreements for one plus one year. The contracting authority must notify the supplier in writing if the option is to be triggered. The written notification must be submitted within three (3) months prior to the expiration date of the contract.
