Description:
Realization of a logistics platform (new building or rehabilitation of an existing one), in the Nice region (06) in one of the following formats: BEFA and / or VEFA and / or CPI
Design and construction of a logistics platform of around 5,000 m 2 . The area on which this platform should be built is the perimeter delimited by the geographic map available on MAG e-Sourcing. Any application outside this area will not be considered and declared non-compliant. For the construction of this platform, the surface of the land must be, at least, twice the surface of the frame (allow about 40 m of setback in relation to the platforms). The purpose of the consultation relates to the creation of a platform and the control of land, or the rehabilitation of an existing building.
