The target of the contract is the maintenance work of green areas in accordance with the maintenance classification RAMS 2020 in the Jokela contract area. The contract includes maintenance sites in parks, traffic green areas, property yards and other areas specified in maintenance maps and work site lists.

The total amount of green areas to be maintained is about 45 hectares.

For the implementation of the grooves, one service provider is selected.

The areas subject to the acquisition are presented and capped in the tender documents. The surface areas of the Urakkae area have been calculated with the accuracy as it has been possible. Surface areas may come with refinements as the work progresses.

The chore is performed as a total chore.

The contract is valid until further notice. The contract period is scheduled to start on 1.5.2023.
