Yorkshire and Humber Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and NHS Specialised Commissioners have appointed a region-wide framework consisting of a moderate number of providers to work in partnership with local people, to provide enhanced community living services for people aged over 16 years who have high levels of complex needs and can be challenging to support in their community.
