The object of the order is to perform a technical and economic and environmental study with materials for decisions on environmental conditions for the undertaking “Construction of the S5 expressway on the Wirwajda — New Dreams (A1) section”.

1) The item of the order is described in volumes II—III of SWZ.

2) The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks, i.e. the following elements listed in the Design Design Table:

As regards the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the contractor, it shall not be relied upon by the capacity of the resource sharing entity, under the principles laid down in Article 118 (1) of the Pzp Act, to demonstrate the fulfilment of the relevant conditions of participation in the proceedings described in paragraphs 8.2.4.1 and 8.2.4.2.1.1 and paragraph 8.2.4.2.1.2 IDW.
