At the Oberschule Mitte, at tom-Brok-Str. 15, 26386 Wilhelmshaven, an extension is to be built in the first construction phase.

The extension is being built directly on the east side of the existing building. It is a three-storey building. A canteen is to be set up on the ground floor of the building, subject and classrooms on the 1st floor, and the second 2nd floor is to be equipped with 4 offices for school social work.

- Delivery and erection of a 400 m long construction fence with 80 weeks

- Installation of an access gate incl. provision for 80 weeks
