The Zweckverband Wasserversorgung und Abwasserbehandlung Rügen (ZWAR) operates the Göhren sewage treatment plant in Göhren. The wastewater treatment plant is designed for 30 000 ECP and is to be expanded to 45 000 EC. The catchment area of the sewage treatment plant is characterized by tourism. This results in a strong seasonal fluctuation in the utilization of the wastewater treatment plant. The technical and electrical equipment of the wastewater treatment plant is getting old and there are various measures for the renewal and expansion of the plant technology (eg renewal of the intake group, construction of a gravity pipe, rehabilitation of the intake manifold revival, expansion of the revitalization by another road, Rehabilitation of the existing activation, renewal of the sludge stack tank, renewal of the exhaust air treatment, ventilation of the blower station and EMSR technology).

The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services required for this purpose.

- Project planning engineering structures Lph 2-4, optional 5-9 according to § 43 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 12, section 12.1),

- structural design Lph 2-3, optional 4-6 according to § 51 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 14, section 14.1),

- Planning Technical Equipment Lph 2-4, optional 5-9 according to § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 15, section 15.1) for the following groups of installations: 4. Power installations.

7. use-specific systems (process and process technology),

- special / additional services: optional: Local construction supervision of engineering structures as a special service in accordance with HOAI Annex 12, Section 12.1) to Section 43 (2).
