The consultation concerns the conclusion of a global energy performance contract for:

- the installation of a photovoltaic installation at the headquarters of the CAF du Gard located in Nîmes;

- the establishment of a counting and measurement plan;

- the operation and maintenance of the energy installations of the CAF du Gard.

The purpose of this consultation is to design / carry out works, services and supplies, then the operation / maintenance of energy installations, making it possible to ensure:

- improvement of thermal production facilities;

- the integration of renewable energies into the energy mix of CAF du Gard;

- reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions;

- improving the quality of service (technical operation, maintenance and major upkeep, renewal).
