The subject of the contract is the transport and care of 90 students with disabilities (including five years and six years old children) residing in the area of Białołęka District during transport to kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools or other facilities listed in Article 2 (7) Act of 14 December 2016, education law on the home-school—house route during the entire school year 2021/2022, i.e. from 1.9.2021 to 31.8.2022.

The Contractor's tasks shall, in particular, include:

1. providing transport to 90 students with disabilities adapted for this purpose by cars equipped with attestated safety equipment;

2. ensuring the transport of children in wheelchairs;

3. guarantee the safety of disabled children transported and their property during transport;

4. guarantee of care during carriage; assistance with boarding, stagging/assembling strollers, bringing the child to the educational building, if necessary transfer of the child from the wheelchair to the car, guarding the protection of the children with belts or carrying in seats (provided by parents or legal guardians).
