The order is divided into three parts. The contractor may submit an offer for one, two or three parts:

Part I - RES installation for residential buildings in the Rajgród commune includes:

- delivery and assembly based on possessed project documentation 53 sets of solar collectors designed for heating hot utility water.

Part II - Renewable energy installations for residential buildings in the Rajgród commune include:

- supply and assembly based on possessed project documentation: 12 sets of solar collectors with a micro-solar installation intended for heating hot utility water, and 22 micro-solar installations.

Part III - RES installation for public buildings in the Rajgród commune includes:

- delivery and assembly based on possessed project documentation: 3 solar installations for public buildings.

Part I - Renewable energy installation for residential buildings in the Rajgród commune includes: delivery and assembly based on possessed project documentation 53 sets of solar collectors designed for heating hot utility water, including:

· 22 sets with a power of min. 3.2 kW (two collectors + 200 l tank),

· 23 sets of min. 4.8 kW (three collectors + 300 l tank), including one set using the existing hot water tank,

· 6 sets of min. 6.4 kW (four collectors + 400 l tank),

· 2 sets of min. 8 kW (five collectors + 500 l tank),

According to the list of Users (real estate) received upon signing the contract,

- training representatives of real estate owners in the operation and operation of solar sets,

- preparation and delivery to the user of written operating instructions and warranty inspection cards for each installed set,

- preparation of the list of devices used with warranty cards and technical documentation of these devices together with the list of materials used to make the abovementioned orders and their attestations and declarations of conformity,

- performing warranty inspections (3 inspections for each installed set) and one-time replacement of solar fluid (in each installed set).

Part II - Renewable energy installations for residential buildings in the Rajgród commune include:

- delivery and assembly based on possessed project documentation:

. 10 sets of 3-300 solar collectors (three collectors + 300 l storage tank) with 0.25 kWp photovoltaic micro installation for heating domestic hot water in residential buildings,

. 2 sets of solar collectors 4-400 (four collectors + 400 l tank) with 0.25 kWp photovoltaic micro installation, designed for heating domestic hot water in residential buildings,

. 2 micro photovoltaic installations with a power of 2.00 kWp,

. 2 micro photovoltaic installations with 3.00 kWp capacity,

. 1 micro-photovoltaic system with 3.50 kWp power,

. 2 micro photovoltaic installations with a power of 4.50 kWp,

. 15 micro-photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 5.00 kWp.

According to the list of Users (real estate) received upon signing the contract,

- training representatives of property owners in the field of service and operation of solar sets and / or photovoltaic micro installations,

- preparation and delivery to the user of written operating instructions and warranty inspection cards for each installed solar set and / or micro-solar installation,

- preparation of the list of devices used with warranty cards and technical documentation of these devices together with the list of materials used to make the abovementioned orders and their attestations and declarations of conformity,

- performing warranty inspections (3 inspections for each installed solar set and photovoltaic micro installation) and one-time replacement of solar fluid (applies to solar sets).

Part III - RES installation for public buildings in the Rajgród commune includes:

- delivery and assembly based on possessed project documentation:

· 3.3 kW photovoltaic installation for the building of the Municipal Office in Rajgród located at ul. Warszawska 32,

· 29.37 kWp solar installation for the building of the School and Preschool Complex (formerly: Junior High School) in Rajgród at ul. Stanki 2,

· 9.57 kWp solar installation for the building of the School and Preschool Complex in Rajgród at ul. Szkolna 24,

- training representatives of the property manager in the field of operation and operation of photovoltaic installations,

- preparation and delivery to the user of written operating instructions and warranty inspection cards for each solar installation installed,

- preparation of the list of devices used with warranty cards and technical documentation of these devices together with the list of materials used to make the abovementioned orders and their attestations and declarations of conformity,

- performing warranty inspections (3 inspections for each solar installation).
