The work mainly consists of:

c. Setting up growth sites

d. Plants trees

e. Aftercare and warranty

f. Digital registration of work performed

g. Performing additional work

The work is carried out for the municipality of Oirschot, the assignment has not been merged and will not be divided into plots.

The agreement is entered into for a period of a minimum of three calendar years (2023 to 2025) and a maximum of six years (until 2028). The effective date of the contract is five days after final award.

The work is being carried out for the municipality of Oirschot, so the assignment has not been merged. The size of the contract is not such that it is too large to be carried out by regular SMEs. Smaller parties can register together with another party or act as a subcontractor. The contract is therefore not divided into lots. This would lead to sub-optimization, therefore to inefficiency, resulting in higher costs and a higher staffing on the part of the municipality for coordination and controls. None of this is in the interest of the municipality.
