Public service contract with the subject of "Taking out the insurance portfolio of the municipality, the CPAS, the Police Zone, the AGB Sport, Culture and Leisure (SCO), the AGB Urban Development Company (SOB) and Overo Ronse".

This is a joint assignment in accordance with Articles 2, 36° and 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.

The services covered by this contract are insurance services.

This assignment is divided into 4 lots, as follows:

• Lot 1 – Material damage

• Lot 2 – Accidents

• Lot 3 - Liability

• Lot 4 - Car

Tenderers may submit tenders for one, several or all lots. Tenderers submitting tenders for a lot must submit tenders for all parts of that lot.
