The rapid provision of teaching staff on demand as a flexible workforce for the Graafschap College where it concerns both the (short) replacement and the regular places. This can be on a temporary or secondment basis.

Remuneration of invigilators and simulants

The contracting and remuneration of invigilators and simulants who are deployed on demand at the Graafschap College. Part of the assignment is to take over the current contracts of the current portfolio with invigilators and simulant

In 2021, the costs for hiring teaching staff amounted to approximately € 715,000 (including VAT), for hiring support management staff approximately € 925,000 (including VAT) and for remuneration of invigilators and simulants approximately € 120,000 including VAT. However, a decrease is expected with regard to support management staff (OBP). The invigilators and simulants remuneration depends on the way in which education is designed. If less classroom testing is carried out, the size of this assignment will decrease.

The maximum total value of the framework agreements is set at € 3,000,000 (OP), € 4,000,000 (OBP) and € 600,000 (remuneration invigilator and simulant pool). The maximum amounts have been set in such a way that Graafschap College has the space to make more use of hiring, should this be necessary in this scarce market. No rights can be derived from the maximum amounts.
