1. The object of the order is the delivery of:

1) Part I – Type 1 servers, whereby the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the item in the number of 3 servers, and 3 servers constitute an optional order;

2) Part II - Type 2 servers, whereby the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the item in the number of 10 servers, and 10 servers is an optional order.

The order also includes the assembly, configuration and installation of the delivered Equipment together with the software.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part I and Part II is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.

2. The contracting authority has divided the contract into lots and allows partial tenders to be submitted. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not limit the number of lots that it may grant to one Contractor.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract for Part I and Part II on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The order also includes the assembly, configuration and installation of the delivered Equipment together with the software.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the order for Part I on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order is the delivery of Type 2 servers, whereby the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the item in the number of 10 servers, and 10 servers are optional orders. The order also includes the assembly, configuration and installation of the delivered Equipment together with the software.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part II is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the order for Part II on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
